Visits can be arranged any day of the week. Any member can put forward a trip of interest. Email Hazel Townsend , the Groups Co-Ordinator via the link above with any suggestions.

In the past we have enjoyed group visits to various places such as the Royal Mint, the Cowley Mini Factory, Oxford Museums, Salisbury for Christmas Carols (and more). The proposal is to restart these visits on a regular basis, a few each year. However, this cannot be done by one person. Please talk to Hazel Townsend if you can offer some time to get involved in arranging and then organising a trip like this.

We have also visited Elmbrook Court, the new care home on Grove Road, Wantage led by Susan Wheare.  They provided a short tour of about an hour, for a small group from our u3a, with refreshments at the end. In 2025 there was also a visit to the convent in Wantage.
